There are several different reports available to teachers for the variety of ELA products and activities that we provide. Scroll down to see a brief a summary and example of each type of report that we offer!
ELA Reports Access:
Access ELA reports by clicking on "ELA" and "Reports" on the left navigation bar. You will be able to choose from a selection of reports that are categorized by "Individual Student Reporting," "Class Reporting," and "Article Reporting."
ELA Report Card: You will see a summary of student performance with their reading level and word study level. If you click on "See more" for a particular student, you will be able to see a summary of their individual activity and performance.
Pre-Test Results: You will see a list of each student and their reading and word study level, as determined from the diagnostic and/or additional practice. You can change their levels here if at any time if you need!
Article & Story Activity: You will see a list articles and stories completed either by class or by student (you can choose). You will see collective accuracy, number of completions and have the option to view additional details by clicking "View Details." You can select the time-frame of assessments that you want to view with the drop down on top.
Word Study Matrix: You can view each student and the word study levels--where they started, levels they have mastered and the level they are currently practicing by scrolling across.
Student Goal Setting: You can see a list of the goals that each student has set for him/herself and their progress towards those goals.
Class Groups: You can view students who can be grouped together by reading level or by standard. This is useful for any small-group instruction guidance!
Assessments: You can view each Benchmark assessment that has been assigned. If you click on "View Report," you can view accuracy by student.
Article Reading Report: You can view each student's reading level and performance by domain skill.
Article Writing Report: You can view ungraded writing assignments as well as students' performance by writing type. By clicking "Grade," you can view the writing assignments.
Vocabulary: You can view students' accuracy on vocabulary assignments.
